When one of my friends who asked me for some tips for dating girls asked me, “Well, how do I got about dating girls?” I told him that he should just be himself and that he primarily needed to stand out, just not in a bad way. You know those guys who were always class clowns in high school? Yeah, don’t be like them. I told him that if he was, he’d never attract a single girl.

The truth is, I don’t have any problems getting girls, so I don’t really need any tips for dating girls. But I will give some of them out about actually trying to date girls for the first time. For me, that was the hardest part of my life. I couldn’t figure out how to meet girls. Was I supposed to hang out in bars and try to pick up chicks? Was I supposed to go to an online dating service? The truth was, I was lost when it came to dating girls.

So, that’s when I figured it out. The truth is that it doesn’t matter what you do as long as you do something. You’ll never be able to meet a single girl if you sit at home without trying to meet one. It may be hard, and you may face a few embarrassment like I did, but you’ll get there. The thing that most guys are doing wrong when they ask me for tips for dating girls is that they’re not doing enough. With all the free online dating resources, offline dating resources and e-books available (which you can read some great ones in the resources section, by the way) the guys who ask me for tips for dating girls always seem to be doing just one thing wrong, they don’t try to get girls.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not trying to be condescending about it, but just go out there and try. Flirt with a couple of girls a little bit and you’ll get somewhere. Even if you’re not John D. Rockefeller, Albert Einstein or Vincent Van Gough, you can still be attractive to girls. If you have a sense of humor, use that. Chicks dig being able to laugh (And for some reason they always will when they can.)

Just keep in mind that you’ll never have any chances at getting a girl if you can’t approach one to begin with. Just make her a little happy and you’re good. That’s how I got my last girlfriend.
